At Philippa James Organic Skincare, we are committed to the quality of our products and service. We want you to be absolutely delighted with every aspect of shopping with us. That’s why, should you have a query or a problem, we would love to try and put it right. In the first instance, contact us and we will endeavour to rectify any situation that we find ourselves in.
To ensure fairness and so that you understand our Sales and Returns Policy, please refer to the following information.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day or the following day by Royal Mail. This means you should receive your product within 5 working days to most UK addresses. We will do everything to meet the dispatch times stated but this can not always be guaranteed. Philippa James Organic Skincare can not be held responsible for delays caused by a third party. Occasionally the product can get held up and it can take up to 7 days for an order to be delivered. As such please wait up to 7 days, after placing an order, before you contact us about a lost parcel.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
If you unpack your product and find it damaged, you can return the it to us. We will refund or replace at no extra cost, any product that has been damaged in transit, providing you notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please return product along with receipt of postage. We will replace any goods lost in transit providing you notify us within 14 days. In the unlikely event you have an adverse reaction to the oil, (it is recommended that you patch test on inside of elbow and leave for 48 hours prior to use), we will be happy to refund you, including post and package, providing the goods are returned within 7 days of receiving them and that no more than 15ml of oil has been used.
BUY WITH CONFIDENCE – OUR 14 DAY CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
If you change your mind after you have ordered from us, don’t worry, We understand. Simply return your unused goods and send them back to us within 14 days of receipt. They must include all original packaging and be in ‘as new’ condition. We will gladly refund your full purchase price, including the original cost of postage and packing. You will be responsible for the care of your goods until we safely receive them and any costs incurred in returning your goods. We will confirm by email as soon as we have received your returned goods in original condition and then process your refund within 48 hours.

The price is in pounds sterling. VAT is not charged on this product.
To be eligible to purchase any of our products, you must be over 18 years of age and the holder of a valid debit or credit card. It is important to provide the card holders name as shown on the card and the address exactly as it appears on the card statement. No responsibility can be taken by Philippa James Organic Skincare for incorrect or incomplete details submitted. Orders without correct payment details will not be successfully processed.
